The possible itineraries are endless and we at Tin Tin Adventure Safaris and Treks are happy to work with you on a personalized itinerary. We can get you some great wildlife viewing even with only one day. But we can also give you a two week itinerary that will still keep you excited for more. If you want to visit the Serengeti, you will need at least a 4 days itinerary. There are airstrips in most of the game parks for an option to fly in. There are also flights from Seronera (central Serengeti) to Zanzibar to get you from the bush to the beach in a few short hours. For Zanzibar you will want an absolute minimum of 3 days, but 4 or more will give you a chance to enjoy the experience much more. To give you a starting point, here are some of the most common itineraries chosen.
6 Days Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire

Day 2: This day we drive across Ngorongoro Conservation Area (but not through the crater) into Serengeti National Park for game viewing until evening. Overnight will be inside of the Serengeti at a campsite/tented camp/lodge. Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch, dinner
Day 3: Full day game viewing inside of the Serengeti. Return to the same accommodations for overnight rest. Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch, dinner
Day 4: Morning game drive in the Serengeti as we work our way out of the park and back into Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). Overnight inside the NCA (but not in the crater). Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch, dinner

We then ascend out of the crater and travel to Tarangire National Park, having a short game drive before going to the accommodations (campsite, tented camp. lodge) inside of the park.

4 Days Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater
Day 1: After breakfast at your hotel in Moshi/Arusha, your guide will pick you up and drive to Tarangire National Park. From there you will spend the morning and afternoon on a game drive. This park has a large number of elephants and giraffes. It is known for its beautiful scenery with giant baobab trees dotting the landscape. During dry season (July - October) it is especially good game viewing as the Tarangire River provides the only water source in the area. Many animals gather along the river banks at that time. In the late afternoon, you will depart and drive near the town of Karatu where you will spend the night at either a private campsite or lodge. For logistics reasons, this night will not be in a wildlife area. Meals: Picnic lunch, dinner
Day 2: After breakfast we will drive across Ngorongoro Conservation Area (but not through the crater) and into Serengeti National Park for game viewing. In the evening we will go to the evenings accommodations (campsite, tented camp, or lodge) inside of the Serengeti for dinner and the evenings rest. Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch, dinner
Day 3: Game viewing inside of the Serengeti as we work our way back into Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). Overnight inside of NCA (but not inside of the crater). Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch, dinner
Day 4: After breakfast, we will go inside Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing. This is not a large destination so after 4 - 5 hours all will be seen. Lunch will be inside of the crater in a designated picnic area new a pool frequented by hippos. We then return back to Moshi/Arusha
